Plan, create and manage execution of social/digital strategies across social and digital media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.


Tasks and Responsibilities
• Develop and manage project plans for on-time delivery of marketing activities.

• Create success metrics, track progress, and modify plans as needed.

• Maintain knowledge of the latest developments in social/digital/advertising/analytical trends and platforms with an eye toward incorporating new ideas and emerging tools to further advance our Company’s presence.

• Oversee and manage marketing agency partners and ensure messaging is unified.

• Digital marketing activities including:

-Lead email marketing campaigns and messaging with targeted audience.

-Search Engine Optimization (SEO) support and analysis.

               -Write and facilitate social media posts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Content generation:

               -Facilitate, support, and/or execute writing articles, bylines, blogs, award submissions, abstracts, and new marketing content.

               -Support LRP’s Community Initiatives and State Industry Requirements regarding positive impact planning:

-Coordinate, promote, and setup for Community Educational Classes and Trainings, Annual Broadway Rd Cleanup Project, Annual Food Drive and other local promotional events and new store openings.

• Demand generation:

-Develop, design, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, product awareness/adoption.

-Set clear goals for campaigns/programs and report on performance.

• Participate in sales pipeline discussions.

• Work with Lazy River Products leadership to optimize product messaging and marketing materials as appropriate.

• Manage LRP’s Monthly Newsletter.

•  Coordinate and collaborate with Cultivation and Product Manufacturing to build for new product launches.

•  Manages marketing budgets.

Job Summary:

Lazy River Products Senior Accountant will analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine and maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, and other financial activities. Inspect account books and systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and acceptability.


Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for assisting with month-end close procedures which include balance sheet reconciliations, ad-hoc analyses, trial balance reviews, and financial statement preparation, while adhering to tight deadlines.

· In accordance with LRP’s closing schedule, assist in the issuance of timely, accurate and complete financial statements in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

· Be responsible for reviewing general ledger activity across all lines of business.

· Improve account reconciliation process, drive deadlines, enhance deliverables as they pertain to the month-end close and financial statement preparation process.

· Provide technical accounting advice and knowledge to others in LRP, including on any contracts into which LRP may enter.

· Ensure internal processes and procedures are compliant with State, Federal and other governing agency controls (CCC).

· Develop, enhance, and maintain LRP Standard Operating Procedures relating to internal accounting and bookkeeping processes and best practices.

· Maintain the charts of accounts and an orderly paper and paperless accounting filing systems.

· Coordinate the preparation of the Executive Management reporting package each month, including performance and cause of change analyses to the established Annual operating plans and forecasts.

· Assist in the completion of annual financial statement audit.

· Provide historical information, as needed, for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.

· Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit and external tax preparers for corporate tax returns.

· Assist LRP team with budget and forecasting processes.


Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.

• At least 5 years of senior level accounting experience required.

• Experience with retail and knowledge of various ERP systems is a plus.

• CPA license preferred but is not required.



• Excellent resource management and time management skills.

The on-site Security Personnel will direct Lazy River Products’ security functions, including physical security and safety of employees, facilities, and assets.  This position is responsible for the efficiency of business, maintaining control of diverse business operations, and securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth. The Security Personnel is also responsible for all aspects of physical security, loss prevention and protection of all company assets and employees at Lazy River Products.



  • Oversee and deploy established emergency, safety and security procedures and updates these plans as necessary
  • Will conduct daily inspection of facility, cameras and alarms including perimeter of building
  • Monitor alarms, cameras and primary contacts on call list and respond as needed
  • Daily maintenance of visitor log and other logs as assigned
  • ID customers for age verification prior to accessing Retail facilities
  • Provide guidance for security signage and locations
  • Maintain the integrity of the security system, including codes and functionality
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors including inspectors
  • Check-in, validate and accompany visitors against manifests
  • Assist with parking when required
  • Assist in planning for facility tours
  • Supervise and assist with all facility deliveries (Retail and Production)
  • Supervise and monitor clients and employees in all phases of daily routines
  • Maintain accurate visitor and communications logs
  • Write incident reports as needed and communicate concerns to program management
  • Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and trainings as directed

The Facility Manager is responsible for but not limited to troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment. Performs the general operating maintenance, service, and repair of the interior and exterior of the facility, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards/regulations and company policies.



  • Coordinate all demand maintenance, preventive maintenance, and reactive repair maintenance activities; oversee other building staff and contractors, if so required
  • Responsible for planning, scheduling and directing the operations of the facility regarding environmental services including but not limited to repair, renovation and general maintenance
  • Diagnose problems, repair and maintain all electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems
  • Oversee the repair, maintenance, and continuous operation of all building systems including Fire and all Life Safety Systems in an organized manner
  • Inspect roofs, doors & auxiliary buildings and repair as needed
  • Assist Compliance with conducting safety inspections on a routine basis
  • Demonstrate effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly with team members
  • Coordinate all demand maintenance, preventive maintenance, and reactive repair maintenance activities; oversee other building staff and contractors, if so required
  • Respond to and coordinate all emergency call activities as necessary
  • Maintain building exterior and grounds
  • Assist in coordinating required governmental inspections, and regularly inspect all areas of the building and report deficiencies as well as suggestions for improvement
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; and maintain up-to-date building documentation and certifications
  • Maintain all required administrative records including, but not limited to, logbooks, work records, maintenance records, contractor visits, keys issued, etc.
  • Maintain efficiency and safety of all equipment, monitoring the daily operation and consult with team to determine future needs
  • Coordinate across the business with Directors and supervisors to establish priorities and schedule the workload to satisfy production needs
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships and monitor work conducted, serving as a project manager on improvements and repairs
  • Source and order parts and equipment
  • Management, Repair and maintenance of facility BMS systems and building diagnostics to include Argus systems


  • 5+ years of Facilities Management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Mechanically inclined; HVAC experience a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with OSHA and other Safety codes, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Extreme flexibility, with a strong work ethic


  • Standing for extended periods is common.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Exertion of up to 50 lbs. of force will be required.
  • All jobs require daily use of provided PPE, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs and non-slip shoes as necessary.
