Ever since the second location opened up, seems like only the B team works at this one. Have thousands of points for their weird loyalty system and tried to use them today. First the associate had zero clue of the glassware I wanted was. Had to show a picture for him to stumble typing things on his screen and after searching for ten seconds stated it must be “out of stock” when it was less than 5 feet away from me on the shelf. Poor customer service and blasé attitude towards not being able to “help”. Maybe off day, but the last few visits have been off as well. Only a 3 star because the regular product I buy is still decent but idk if it’s worth the trek to this store if this is how it will be from now on.
I struggle to remember names, but several trips in and I have no had a bad experience yet. May I suggest employee stickers with this "review instead of tips" system? Lazy River seems to be different than others. Noticeable discounts, exciting promotions, exception products and stellar staff! This place sends you home happy every time!
Nicest people in the world easy easy process no judgement. Everyone wants you to be happy with what you try. Prices are great rewards an freebies all the time free gift cards on Sunday can't beat it. So I was a little frustrated yesterday on how they were calling people up when people were standing in line. I was skipped over twice and it was a little frustrating after the attendant whom helped me asked me. How was I doing? I expressed my dissatisfaction with how they called people up. After I expressed it, the worker was extremely helpful. I did not catch his name. He is tall with long hair and he gave me a generous discount, even though that was not what I was looking for. I thanked him a lot as this was very kind of him to help ease the situation. If I could give 10 out of five for the response, I would.

The lady behind the desk wouldn't let me wait in the lobby for my husband so I waited in the rain with no umbrella. I understand why you would need a id to buy stuff or go into that big room but I didn't understand why I had to wait outside the building. My husband really likes this place though there are closer places to us he chooses this dispensary most times.

A broken seal is a serious concern in my opinion. Even after I pointed it out, the employee still tried to sell it to me. When I called him out on it, he just said, ‘Want me to get a new batch?’ as if it wasn’t a big deal. The lack of care and professionalism was disappointing. I won’t be coming back.”

Wish they sold their in house grown in glass instead of the plastic, but this place has great deals and the entire menu is great you can't go wrong with anything you pick from here, If the plastic doesn't bother you I recommend to try the zacks cakes that was one of my favorites before i realized flower in plastic inferior for my needs. wait until you learn about the specials they have you will want to keep coming back.

Thank you thank you thank you. I was in with my service dog and a couple came in with two large dogs; one of which was barking and lunging at my dog. I was attempting to leave to avoid conflict, but the exit was blocked by one of the dogs. An employee quickly came over and asked the couple to take their dogs outside. They employee was extremely professional and polite and I was very grateful they stepped in to shut the situation down before it escalated.
The employees even went outside to get the couples’ order so everyone still got what they needed and the pups stayed safe.
I was very impressed and grateful for the way the situation was handled.

Good deals and incentives. Very helpful staff. I had some questions about concentrates and April really helped me out with that and was very friendly. I am writing this review because I have been to a few dispensaries in the area and this is the best and friendliest, especially for a non-flower noob like me.

All the weed they grow is dry. Many of their high grade strains are dry and dusty. Should never pay $40+ an eighth for dry bud that’s old. Paid $45 for a eighth of super boof. Not even sticky at all. They robbing the public blind at this place like many others. I can get better weed on the street for $100 a oz. Cya

I've been coming here, for over a year, every single week and the one day I feel I should get a discount they tell me I did not buy their store brand and I don't qualify for the veterans discount. Forget that it's Veterans Day and I am a combat veteran who will now be taking his business elsewhere. This was a little bit closer. So, I came here but I could have gotten a veteran's discount at the other two facilities just around the corner. I'll be seeing them from now on

Live Rosin Carts - I asked for a cart and received a pen instead. I couldn’t screw the cart off the pen. It was set at 3.7. Every time I take a hit, it tastes very burnt. Not happy with my purchase. Maybe it’s the battery? Next time I’ll ask if they just have the carts themselves without the battery attached. Hopefully it isn’t the Live Rosin carts themselves. Other than this experience, I love their location, products, and prices are very fair

I've been to several dispensaries but stopped looking when I found Lazy River! It's the perfect combination of not to far, great vibe, even more great product and affordable! I went there today for my first time and I was amazed with everything that I experienced. The store itself is really beautiful and I really enjoyed the self service station. I talked a bit about a few of my favorite strains with my budtender ZACK. I definitely recommend talking to him if you get the chance, he knew a lot about the current products they had as well as many upcoming products. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and I can say I will be back.

I’ve only gone in here once. They were busy so the cashier seemed to be flustered and rushed the transaction. However, I know how easy it is to get overwhelmed in a busy store and no one was rude at all. And I’m 100% happy with my products. I got some great flower and the distillate carts were great! I’ll definitely go back.

Today was my first experience at Lazy River dispensary and it was a 10/10 experience. staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, after learning it was my first time going there I was given a basic tour and explanation of how everything works and where everything is. they seem very passionate about growing their own product in house which is awesome to see. prices are more or less the same as any other dispensary around but I did catch a limited time deal (which there were a lot of) and got a good price in comparison to what I would've paid at my regular dispensary. not to mention the building itself, way more modern feeling than any other dispo I've been to. ordering and browsing products is super easy. this will definitely be my main spot from now on, it's worth the longer drive and I'd much rather give my money to people who are friendly and welcoming, not going to put any other businesses on blast but the staff at Lazy River is a lot more friendly than the staff at my old go-to spot. thanks for making my experience great and thank you again for the hospitality.

This spot is it I never felt more welcome or have someone explained the difference of the strain the way steven s has super nice clean and upbeat people it can’t be beat. Not to mention he lets you know UPFRONT what you are actual paying in total love it here

Not only did the place smell of fresh candlewood and only a few Marijuana's but it was a cozy dark but well lit where you needed quiet place. Little back from the road away from the hustle and bustle. I must have caught them in a good mood because I was lucky enough for them to chat me up and learn me on some different strains than I was used to. Very humble and grateful for the service and positivity. Will certainly be returning.

sorry but got platinum Kush or something that was labeled Kush from lazy with 25% thc let me tell ya, it didnt have 18%, now im skeptical of getting rtr does it really have 27 %? but had other good products
To the person who said greenstar... which is now rise is cheaper... is completely wrong.... rise actually charges an extra 5 dollars for top shelf... which isn't always top shelf... it just has higher than 25% thc. I have seen rise put their prices higher and lower on the same bud after they get it in...lazy is all around the best dispensary in the northern part of mass. Plus they just started growing their own stuff and selling it for lesser price when they could sell it for the same...

It’s a bit of a drive through some farmlands from I-93, but well worth it. Employees were very friendly and I was in and out in a few minutes. ATM on site which is helpful because some cards are not accepted.

The selection is always great, their prices include tax so you know up front how much you’ll pay, the facility is beautiful, but what truly makes it and keeps you going back is the staff. They are all so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to go for beginners and veterans alike!!!

I went here for my 21st birthday today, I walked in and was greeted by the front. After checking my ID, I was told to go into a room where everything of course was. This place was clean, beautiful, flower looked on point and the customer service was outstanding.
Knowledgeable, absolutely great customer service. Helped me find what would be best when I asked for what specific potency I desired. Asked the different product I wanted in forms such as if I wanted; flower, concentrate, etc.
This woman, didn’t get her name but was absolutely beautiful, awesome, friendly and very helpful. The guys there too were super friendly, very attractive at talking to customers for quality assurance in making sure you’re confident that you’re getting that lazy day for your buck.

Very welcoming and my bud tender was very patient and friendly. I can’t for the life of me remember her name but she was wonderful. The products are A+ and priced well. So happy 😀
